It's a smart looking pump bottle so it's easy to dispense when trying to hold a shower head and keep a dog still 😂The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous smell of caramel. It wasn't overpowering or sickly but just enough to suddenly crave salted caramel chocolate! The shampoo was a mid brown colour and a nice consistency - not so runny that it falls off your hand in the transfer to the dog and not to thick that you have to work from a single point on their coat. The pump on the bottle makes it so much easier to use.3 pumps lathered up nicely and felt nice going onto the dogs coat. It didn't leave a feeling of being tangled or bitty like some can. Rinsing was just as easy which I loved. There's nothing worse than a shampoo that takes forever to rinse out especially when your dog has had enough.The quality of this dog shampoo is pretty good, I can say that when his coat was dry it did have a beautiful sheen to it. I suppose it boosted the colour too as it looked browner than before even if only a little - it could be down to having had the dirt washed off though 😂. If you were to compare the effects like you do a human shampoo, you would think a nice gloss mask had been used.Afterwards, I had the most delicious smelling pooch. I've used the shampoo twice now on the pooch and both times have shown great results, no signs of dryness or irritation either.With the amount of product needed each time, the size of the bottle and the result, this shampoo is great value for money and is going to last.
