Will my favorite product be back in stock soon?
We do our best to keep all products in our inventory in stock, so your go-to item should be available soon! When an item is unavailable, the product listing will include an email submission form, allowing you to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

We strive to ship promptly. Shipping time frames vary widely depending on your location, with most of our orders taking 2-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened.
The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence.

While highly qualified veterinarians recommend all ingredients in our formulas, we cannot legally state that they’re 100% safe, as some pets may have certain medical conditions or allergies that could cause interactions.
