All Purpose Cleaner

This is the first product I have used from the Barkin & Meowson range but I have to say that it will most certainly not be the last. I have been genuinely really rather impressed with juts how much better this spray has been over my previous 'go to' brand. So much so in fact that I will now be making a permeant change to this manufacturer going forward.The all purpose cleaner comes supplied in a regular spray bottle and looks for all intense and purposes like any other similar pet branded product you might pick up, however, where this particular brand excels in within the quality of the cleaning solution inside. After all, this is the most important bit. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It's reasonably strong but smells wonderful and does a Stella job of covering up and mocking all those unwanted pet smells. We are using ours to clean in and around our indoor rabbits room. The product is advertised as suitable for multiple pets and areas such as tilers, wooden floors, counter tops etc. We chose this brand too due to the fact it is a vet approved product and we wanted to ensure we were using something that would be safe and kind to our pets, whilst also being able to clean adequately. On this front this cleaner excels. Every single surface we spray and wipe down cleans up almost spotlessly. The perfumed scent leaves behind a delightfully fragrant smell that all of our pets do not seem to mind at all which was a real plus point. It lingers for a long time too which also adds to this cleaners overall appeal. A little goes a long way and we have found that some of those ingrained and deeper stains have lightened and faded considerably since switching over to this product too.The spray bottle has a twist to spray opening and dispenses cleanly and evenly and means you can twist it back to lock off accidental sprays when not in use. Its is a little pricier compared to our previous branded cleaner but there is simply no comparison when it comes to effectiveness. The Barker & Meowson product is simply a cut above the rest and delivers above expectations. I cannot find anything to fault or dislike about this product at all, and like I said earlier, I will not only be making a repeat purchase, I will also now look to see how good some of their other product range is. For a cleaner than actually cleans effectively, removes odours as opposed to temporarily hide them and is safe and friendly for your pets then look no further, This cleaner does everything you would expect and want. Simply brilliant!

It's a decent cleaner, no better or worse than any other all-purpose cleaning solution. I don't know that I'd say it has odour neutralising capabilities as much it as covers bad smells up - it is pretty strongly scented, although the scent is pretty pleasant, similar to a leading fabric freshener brand.I've used it in place of the floor cleaner I use in my kitchen with a mop for a month, and, as stated, it's worked just fine for cleaning muddy footprints off the floor. The spray is easy to use, with a pretty familiar twist-cap on the end of the spray that controls whether it's 'live' or not, and the bottle and trigger are comfortable to hold in my slightly arthritic hands.That's about all I can say here, aside from mentioning the price. At just under £13 at time of review, I don't see a reason why I'd buy this over my regular brand, which, millilitre for millilitre is around 1/8th of the price. The only USP here as far as I can tell is that this contains an odour neutraliser, which, in my experience, isn't really something you need when cleaning hard, non-porous surfaces. At a cheaper price, I could recommend it, but as it is, this is definitely too expensive for what it is.

I've had a few products from Barkin & Meowson, and have been impressed with the quality, so was very keen to try this. Having had cats who were sensitive to a well-known brand of disinfectant to the point of needing veterinary hospitalisation, we're now completely paranoid about the products we use at home, so I was very happy to see that this is veterinarian approved.This is supplied in a plastic spray bottle, like a regular spray cleaner, with an on/off twist nozzle. I tied it on a variety of questionable marks, and dried-on spills on wood and vinyl floors, paintwork and countertops, and it tackled everything well, leaving a lovely shine. It has a light fragrance which does seem to somehow obliterate lingering odours (quite important if you have a repeat offender who favours a particular spot). It's hard to describe the fragrance - it's a kind of fruity, bubblegum like smell. I'm also sensitive to strong chemical smells, but found this quite pleasant, and it didn't irritate me at all.So I've been using it all round the house, not just for pet-related cleaning. As with any cleaning product, it's best not to let pets near it until it's fully dry, but it's hugely reassuring to know that this is veterinarian approved, and you can't put a value on peace of mind. For that reason, I'd be happy to buy this again.

I wanted a general cleaner that could cope with everyday mess and pet-related smells without filling the room with heavy fragrance.This spray does a good job of neutralising odours rather than just masking them.It leaves surfaces smelling clean and fresh, but not in an artificial or eye-watering way.I’ve used it on hard floors and worktops and it’s been effective without leaving streaks behind.The spray action is fine and gives good coverage without soaking everything.Build quality of the bottle is decent and it feels solid enough for regular use.That said, it’s not the strongest cleaner I’ve ever used, so very stubborn marks may need a second go.It’s more suited to everyday cleaning than deep scrubbing sessions.Value for money feels reasonable given how versatile it is around the house.I also like that it doesn’t linger too long in the air after use.With a slightly stronger formula for tougher grime, it would be even better.Overall, it’s a reliable, pleasant cleaner that fits nicely into a normal cleaning routine.

Product offers quite a pleasant odour when used and listed as containing enzmes to remove dog pee to help in stopping them peeing in the same place (puppies marking in the home).Can also be used for vomit and general pet dirt around the home, which now ours are passed the marking stage, will be used for the most.Average sized spray bottle, nozzle has the usual spray and mist options. Its for hard surfaces only though which is fine for us as we are mostly vinyl or laminate type floors.Not much more to say in that it does what it says, cleans and smells nice afterwards.
