 Returns

 All Returns must begin by contacting us on returns@barkinandmeowson.com.

Please always state your name, order number, product(s) purchased and the reason why you are wishing to return your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept items that may have been used or opened.

If there is a fault with your purchase, please describe the issue and share photos.

The cost of returning the item is always payable by the customer unless your purchase is being returned due to our negligence. Please pack the item very securely before posting. We also strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage as we are unable to accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit.
